"Unreliable Service and Disappointment"
I made my initial order on December 26, 2022, and got an email early in January saying there was a delay. After that, I heard nothing more, and my first order still hasn’t arrived. Because of this, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription due to the lack of reliability and the poor service I experienced.

"My vitamin supplies were unavailable..."
I got an email saying my vitamin ingredients were out of stock, but it took 10 days to hear back. I had to reach out again since there was still no update or shipment. They finally offered a substitute with a few different ingredients. It showed up on the 26th, so I'm nearly a month late on my supplements. Not cool at all, so I’ve decided to cancel my subscription.

"Disappointing Experience After a Good Start"
I signed up for the 3-month subscription back in October 2022, shelling out £51.00 every three months. My first order was a bit late, just a few days, so I didn’t think much of it. The second delivery was also delayed by a few days, and the third one took a week longer. But since there were postal issues at that time, I let it slide because the vitamins seemed to be working well for me.

However, I was meant to get my fourth delivery on January 1st, and it never showed up. On January 6th, I got an email saying there was a delay of up to three weeks due to a shortage of ingredients from their supplier! To make matters worse, they took the £51 subscription fee from my account on the same day. That really rubbed me the wrong way—how can they take my money when they can’t deliver the service they promised?

I shot them an email back, saying that wasn’t cool and asked for a refund of my subscription fee. They replied on January 9th, saying the suppliers had sorted out the delays and my order would ship on January 13th.

Well, guess what? I still haven’t received anything, not even a word about any further delays.

They did offer me a different product instead of my original order, but honestly, I’ve lost all trust in this company. It’s a real bummer because if things had gone smoothly, I would’ve been a happy customer.

I’ve asked for a refund again, and as of now, they say it’s in the works. But I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

I've been trying to get my subscription canceled, but there's no phone number to reach out to. I ended up waiting in a queue and was told they’d send me an email. After several hours, I still hadn’t received a thing, and now I see another month’s payment is about to go out.

"Placed an order but found out they were short on..."
I placed an order and found out they were short on the ingredients for my custom vitamins. They did change my subscription and gave me a 25% discount, so I guess that’s fair enough.

I’ll give an update once they show up and I’ve given them a month’s try.
